01Agreement
This Terms & Conditions document explains how Your Next Holidays ("we", "us", "our") operates. By using our website or booking a journey with us, you agree to the terms set out below. If anything is unclear, please contact us at info@yournextholidays.com or +91 62608 03521.
02Bookings & quotations
All quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once we receive the agreed deposit and issue written confirmation.
03Pricing
Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and may vary with currency fluctuations, taxes and third-party charges until fully paid. Your designer will confirm the final price in writing.
04Payments
A deposit is required to confirm your journey, with the balance due before departure as specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
05Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas and insurance, and for arriving punctually for all services. Please disclose any medical or accessibility needs at the time of booking.
06Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and our suppliers. We take great care in selecting partners but are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes or force majeure.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
